urban spaces are active in searching, acquiring and selling development opportunities
Our Investment department is active in searching, acquiring and selling development opportunities on behalf of many clients throughout the UK and overseas. We acquire anything from derelict warehouses with refurbishment opportunities to vacant office buildings; blocks of flats; land with or without planning permission; industrial sites and other opportunities for mixed use schemes. We also acquire and sell commercial investments on behalf of our clients. At any time we will have a range of opportunities within our portfolio ranging from small commercial investments under £500,000 to sites with a gross development value in excess of £20,000,000. Recent examples in the acquisition and sale of commercial space include; - Derelict warehouse buildings in East London
- Sites with planning for new-build contemporary apartments
- Former office buildings in Clerkenwell
- Freehold investment with 10 studio spaces fully let
- Sites with no planning
- Former petrol station in Hackney
- Warehouse space and sites in Brighton, Sussex
- A Betting shop in Lowestoft, Suffolk
- And even a wine bar in Cheshire!
Investment in property requires careful consideration and planning; the years of accumulated experience within the residential team enables urban spaces to provide valuable investment advice.
