Who are we?

Investments are a niche residential investment and development agency. Our area of operation is London and the surrounding counties. We focus on this specific location and sector to offer true specialisation and advice.

Our portfolio of deals last year gives the greatest insight into the service we offer. We worked on a range of deals from the disposal of a mixed-use development site in the Home Counties to a partnership with a national house builder circa £50m lot size. At the other end of the spectrum we advised purchasers on the acquisition of various single below market value units around London.

How we work?

On our acquisitions side of the business, our biggest strength is market knowledge. Every deal is analysed by our negotiators and researchers to ascertain its value. In the event we feel the deal has no value we will track this until it’s time to advise clients of its merit. This allows us to build strong rapport with our purchasers. For this service we charge our clients acquisition fees.

The disposals side of our business benefits from our strong acquisitions work. Because we closely assess who is ready to buy and who is browsing the market, we can be instructed to carefully manage deals and opportunities on and off the market to illicit best value. Effectively, we tailor open market sales strategies to the right buyers at the right time.

•    Land acquired subject to planning for residential/mixed use consent on behalf of
     national house builder. GDV £250m – Home Counties

•    Land acquired on behalf of national house builder - land with planning for residential scheme  
     comprising of 38 units GDV £23m – NW6

•    Warehouse with planning permission for 14 residential units acquired on behalf of a
     regional developer GDV £5m – N16

•    Bulk purchase of 58 residential units from a national house builder on behalf of an
     international prop co and Private Clients GDV £13m – NW9

•    Bulk Purchase of 14 residential units from regional developer on behalf of an
     international prop co and Private Clients GDV £10m – N1

•    Land acquired with planning for 4 residential houses on behalf of a regional developer GDV £4m – NW6

•    Land acquired with planning for 9 residential units and commercial on behalf of
     private clients GDV £6m – SE1

•    Part complete development site acquired on behalf of private clients GDV £3m -SE21
