What's more, we take every single member of staff off-site every year to train and inspire them to perform better. We ask a range of speakers and coaches to work with us during those days to find new ways to deliver excellence.
We disapprove of the ‘on the job’ sink or swim approach to training. We know that by training our staff properly we give them the confidence to become property experts in their own right. And we appreciate the direct correlation between property knowledge and a successful estate agency business.

All our negotiators are asked to sit for their National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) qualifications upon joining the company – we even pay them to take them. The qualification with the National Association of Estate Agents is a nationally recognised, proven standard of competence in Estate Agency.
