Urban Spaces is a long-standing member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the largest professional estate agency organisation in the UK. Representing nearly 10,000 members, the NAEA is committed to raising professional standards.
They recommend that anyone buying, selling, letting or renting check their agent’s membership status with NAEA. All members have to go through a selection process and work according to the NAEA Codes of Practice and Rules of Conduct.
