Our clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is an expert in both letting and selling properties, providing clients with one point of contact throughout their property journey. Account Managers understand that people are busy and will therefore work around the client’s lifestyle, meaning we will travel to meetings where it is most convenient for the client - even if that is a coffee shop during their work break!
We give clients direct access to their property information through my urban - a secure online hub that stores property information and correspondence. Offering unlimited access, my urban, can be accessed anywhere at any time.
The ethos at the heart of the company is to provide the best customer service possible. Therefore, we invest heavily in training and encourage all of our Account Managers to become NAEA qualified.
